The use of our site and any contracts formed are governed by English law.

Who we are
Remscollection.Com is an online boutique selling luxurious products at affordable prices. Our products are genuine and sourced from suppliers from Italy, Spain and other fashion cities in the world.

Product Information
Products on our website are not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If product(s) is/are not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via email or by telephone. If there is going to be a delay from the time that you place your order to the time that you receive your item, we will notify you of this via email or by telephone that you have provided to us. Prices of products may change from time to time without any notice to you. Once an item is sold we will take this off our website as soon as practicable and it will not be available again. In these circumstances we reserve the right to limit orders if stock runs low due to overwhelming orders.

The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in pounds sterling “£”, unless otherwise indicated.

We have tried to accurately display the colours of products on our Site, the pricing of products and availability. There are times, when mistakes will occur in relation to product descriptions, pricing and availability. Also, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

No Exchange
Here at Remscollection.Com we strive to offer you great products at affordable prices. In order to do so, we may not always stock large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges if the product you order is not available in every size. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original item(s) and place a new order.

Product Purchase
After your order has been placed; we will send you an email to confirm your order. We will only dispatch your order when we have collected payment from your credit or debit card or your chosen method of payment. We will refuse to dispatch your order if there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit / debit card or other chosen payment method

Delivery Charges and Faulty &/or Damaged Goods
We will always do our best to ensure that your good(s) arrive correctly and in perfect condition. However, mistakes do occasionally occur and we will do our best to resolve matters. What we will do when you receive faulty or damaged goods? If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the faulty and/or damaged goods and we shall refund the purchase price and any cost incurred in returning the good(s) to us.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase(s). However, if you are not satisfied and you wish to return your items/goods, please complete the return sheet which accompanied your items/goods and send it back to us at the address provided. Please return all unwanted items/goods within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note that you are liable for the return cost. We will process your refund after we have received the items/goods and the purchase price will be refunded back into the debit/credit card you use or back into your chosen payment method.

How do I return?

Please that all our items/goods are returned in a re-sellable condition and in their original packaging.

As most of our shoes have leather soles, please be careful when you try them on. All shoes must be tried on carpeted floor to prevent any damage to the soles. PLEASE note that we will not refund you with the purchase price where there is evidence that the shoes have been worn by you or are damaged. Where shoes are delivered with shoe bags, these must be returned. All shoes must be returned in their original packaging.

All bags must be returned with all tags still attached to them. Please note that if you do not intend to keep the bag, you must not remove any tags attached to the bags, as if you do, we will not refund your purchase price. 

All clothes must be returned with tags attached to them. Where clothes are delivered in clothes bags, these must also be returned. Please be careful to ensure that our clothes are not smeared with your make-up, as these will be difficult to resell.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings CANNOT be returned. All clip-on earrings can be returned.

Where pants are delivered with hygiene seal, these ensure that the hygiene seal is not removed, in order to prevent the pants from being stained. All stained pants will not be accepted when returned and the purchase price will not be refunded.

Rights of Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed by you and dispatched, we are unable to make changes to it. You have the right to refuse it. You are also entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day on which you receive your order. 

Our communication
When you place an order with us, we will send you an order confirmation via the email that you have provided. We will also email you when we have dispatched your order to you. Where your order is posted to you with a tracking number, we will notify you of this so that you can track the progress of your parcel. We normally use ‘Royal Mail’ to mail your order to you. 

Is your site secure? 
Yes, we take security very seriously, and make shopping online as safe as in any shop. Your browser will go into secure mode as soon as you click to go into the 'checkout' or to 'login' and before you enter any personal or payment details. You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for either a locked padlock icon, or an image of a key in the grey bar at the bottom of your browser screen. 
Please note that when purchasing online using our secure server, our encryption software ensures that no-one other than yourself sees your credit/debit card details. No personal or transaction details are stored on our server.

We use Sage Pay Europe Limited ("Sage Pay") as our chosen payment service provider. When you have selected your Products and proceed to the checkout area to pay for them you will be redirected to the Sage Pay website to make the payment. Sage Pay are an independently certified Level 1 payment service provider who use the highest levels of industry standard data encryption. We do not collect or retain your payment details.

We also use PayPal.

Your Login Details
When you place an order on our website for the first time, you will be required to register with us by setting up an account.  This is for security reasons. It also avoids you having to re-enter your details when you place subsequent orders. You can also login as a guest without setting up an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Please take all necessary steps to ensure that the username and password is kept confidential and secure. Please inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your username and/or password has become known to anyone else, or are being or are likely to be used in an unauthorised way.

Please ensure the details you provide us on registration are correct and complete and inform us promptly of any changes to those details (e.g. change of email or postal address).

What do I do if I can't remember my password? 
Click the My Account button on the top navigation bar. Enter your email address (the one you used to register) into the forgotten password box. We will reset your password and email it to you.

We shall not be responsible to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for incidental, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, any loss of profit (direct or indirect), loss of sales, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss of business, third party claims, pure economic loss arising out of or in connection of the performance or non performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions including such damage as may be reasonably foreseeable at the date you order the goods.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Our liability for any claim for loss or damage shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods.

Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

We will acknowledge complaints within 3 working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within a period of 14 days.
We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this Web site, however we cannot guarantee uninterrupted and totally reliable access to this Web site, and so therefore can not guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of mistakes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Remscollection.Com disclaim all warranties; express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this Web site and will accept no liability for any loss or damage arising as a result of problems with access. Remscollection.Com shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this Web site.

Statutory Rights 
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
