Shipping Information
Here at Remscollection,Com we use United Kingomd Royal Mail services for all online orders. Should there be the need to use alternative method of delivery i.e. courier company, we will let you know as soon as possible. Our deliveries are usually within 3 to 5 working days from date of dispatch. We will either deliver your order to the delivery address that you provided at checkout, or you can specify an alternative address, such as a workplace, university or friend/family address (UK only) at checkout. The alternative delivery address must be in the United Kingdom (i.e. has a Royal Mail postcode).
Our standard deliveries charges to most United Kingdom destinations are free and deliveries are between Monday and Fridays. Unfortunately, we cannot specify time of delivery.
UK deliveries include the Isle of Wight. This excludes Scilly Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Oakney Islands, and Outer Hebrides. Our delivery charges are applicable to United Kingdom addresses only.
Shipping outside United Kingdom
We ship all order from United Kingdom and international orders are liable to customs duties and taxes. These local fees are not included in Remscollection invoice. We are unable to predict these charges and we recommend contacting your local importing office.
We charge a standard fee of £15 on all shipping outside the United Kingdom.
If your order is returned to sender due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will be liable to pay the return shipping charges. We do not deliver to PO Box and MPS addresses
